I am a musician, producer, and music teacher based in Los Angeles, CA. Originally from Miami, FL, I began playing the drums at the age of 10. I also sing, play guitar, bass, and piano.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science Education from The University of Central Florida (2010) and a Master's Degree in Jazz Studies from the University of New Orleans (2013).
While living in New Orleans, I worked as a Graduate Assistant at the New Orleans Jazz Institute's Saturday Music School and taught Music Production at ReNew Cultural Arts Academy.
I moved to Los Angeles in 2014 where I began doing session work performing, recording, and touring with various artists and bands.

In 2015, I began playing bass, drums, and vocals for Australian singer-songwriter, Vance Joy. This has included performances at festivals such as Coachella and British Summer Time Hyde Park; as well as providing direct support for Taylor Swift's 1989 World Tour.
I have worked and continue to work with different artists and bands such as Vance Joy, Jaymes Young, Amy Shark, VHS Collection, and Abby Diamond.
This year I released my debut EP as a solo artist under my last name BOWER. I'm excited to be focusing on my new project based in Los Angeles. Please visit www.bowerxo.com for more info.
